 The Advanced Engineering Group is comprised of electrical, mechanical, and software control specialists who are some of the best in their field. Their task is to research, design, and build new and innovative solutions to common manufacturing problems. The ideas they develop are then rigorously tested and released as standard modules.

New Developments
One of the most impressive systems our Advanced Engineering Group has developed is the Forte Power and Free Conveyor. Our Power and Free has a pallet to pallet transfer of about one-half second with a pallet load capability up to 10 pounds. It features a modularly designed track so sections can easily be added as your production needs grow, and it is pre-engineered for lower cost and higher reliability. It also features an over-under track with pallet elevators so floor space requirements are cut nearly in half.

Another system we are proud to have developed are the Standard Controls for Machine Tool Load / Unload. To greatly reduce operator training and simplify day-to-day interactions, we created our Standard Controls for virtually all pallet-to-point applications. Because our Standard Controls are PC-Based, the ease of use is unmatched. Our Data Collection Package is also available to interface directly with your network.
