The Forte Tray Handling System is a versatile system allowing easy loading of a variety of part sizes. Our Tray Loading System is also standard - ready to accommodate a wide range of pallet sizes and is available in horizontal or vertical stack orientations.

Versatile
In the horizontal system, loaded trays are transferred on the top and unloaded trays are transfered on the bottom. This substantially reduces floor space and cuts tooling costs! Vertical Stacking is also available with a wide range of standard pallet sizes and can be tooled to your specific requirements.

Unique
Our Tray Loading System is standard with precision locators and our unique vertical tray release mechanism. The vertical release allows for fast, efficient empty pallet transfers.
